Replacement Information

Thank you for your interest in T-shop. Please read the following replacement conditions carefully before submitting a refund request. These conditions govern the replacement of our products.

Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured with the utmost care and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you are required to return the product within 10 business days. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product parts are damaged or scratched, we will refuse to return the product. You must check the product in good condition when returning it.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the condition of the returned product. Once your return is approved, If there are no scratches or missing accessories, we will deduct a 20% handling fee.we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

  • It is requested beyond 10 days of the date of purchase.
  • A product sent to T-Shop for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging or gift(s) included in original order.
  • Damage is caused to the product by improper installation, operation or unauthorized use or modification of the product.

Below is the detailed information about the timelines, shipping fees and applicable scope of different logistics channels. All timelines are estimated working days, excluding customs clearance time and delays caused by force majeure (e.g., peak seasons, extreme weather).

For orders from the USA、UK、Canada、Australia、Europe:

  • Fully Tracked Shipping: $5.21
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days

🌍 For orders from the Rest of the World:

  • Fully Tracked Shipping: $5.21
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-35 business days

Note: Shipping times are after your order has been dispatched and do not include the 3-8 business days required for manufacturing.Please note that unforeseen circumstances could delay shipping.

Customs Clearance Reminder

Customs clearance takes 1-3 days in Europe and America; In countries like Russia and Brazil, it may take 3-10 days. Delivery time will be delayed if the parcel is inspected by customs.

Our partnered double-clearance freight forwarder will handle all customs clearance procedures for you. You don’t need to provide any customs documents—just sit back and wait for delivery.

Peak Season Delay Reminder

During peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year, delivery time of all logistics channels may be delayed by 5-15 days. Please place your order in advance.

After placing an order, you can check the logistics status by entering your order number in【Track Your Order】 at the bottom of your T-shop. For assistance, Please leave a message via WhatsApp or email. T-shop will respond to your questions asap.
